Nite cycling on wednesday nite wi sec 4A peeps!

headed down wi joel very early to book the bikes as all the rental shops closes at 8pm during weekdays but the girls can only make it arnd 11 plus!

ate our dinner at ecp & plan our route for nite cycling later

we cycle all the way from ecp -> the bridge beside kallang stadium -> suntec city -> the open space near the jetty -> vivocity -> mount faber -> maxwell foodcourt -> ecp

by tat time we reached, is already 930am in the morning

& we slpt all the backk frm pasir ris to lakeside!

oh not forgeting our songs guessing game in the train!

the trip was awesome wi nice company of friends

okay, plus minus off the tedious travelling part

we sat arnd 9 hrs for the coach plus 1 hr plus of ferry to reach our destination

althou the exterior looks of the jetty seem like those at pulau ubin,

but the room inside was spacious & we connect the girl's room & the guys together using a connector in btw to share it

DAY1

upon reaching, we headed to our room & put down our barang barang & went fer a buffet

after which, we loan our snorkelling equipment and test it out in the sea first!

& we headed to CK bay fer our first snorkelling trip which took us nearly an hr to reach!

many of us dozedd off during the ferry ride as we din haf ample sleep the nite beforee

the sea was facinating there, filled with huge sea coral wi differ schools of fishes swimming beside us when we are in the sea

we jump straight away into the pool after we got back to the island & enjoy the jacuzzi there!

headed fer our buffet dinner & toook a walk arnd the beach for some phototaking session

DAY2

woke up early to catch the sunrise, thou is does'nt seem to rise straight up from the horizon,

but we do caught some sights of it rising among the cdrak clouds which only toook several minutes, the sight is really amazinng (:

headed to the jetty for our last snorkelling trip to marinepark!

the schools of fishes there are lots more, wi nice bed of sea coral at the seabed

we swim arnd trying to draw the attention of the fishes by luring them wi bits of bread

we headed back there & get our lunch & we set off to the beach for some phototaking before hafin our ultimate frisbee on the beach

but it turn out quite chui & we change to captainball instead

rent our kayaking equipment & we set off to the sea arnd 4pm

able to direct our way thru the sea is such a privillege, we able to kayak all the way to the deep sea wi close contact to another island, but is a pity tat we din haf a watch if not we can canoe all the wayy to another further island

the landscape is truely fascinating, like those found in the ancient time in discovery channel

thn we try our luck headed back for banana boat but to our disappointment, the banana boat is call off due to the red flag which signal the sea is the situable for water activities

ahh! what a waste man!

thn we set off in our kayak again & headed for dinner after cleaning up

at night, the grp split into two where kenneth, cindy, gwen & i headed for a full body massage which the others went fer more phototaking session

okay i admit i dozedd off fer awhile during the massage cos the ambience is too nice NOT to dozedd off uh!

thn we headed back to our room where the grp is playing some card games while some are dozing off already!

headed to the beach alone at 5am in the morning

needed sometime to be alone & think about some stuffs

mayb the sea breeze will help me starighten my thoughts

headed back & check out of our hotel & we haf our same rountine backk to sg

loss of words to say perhaps, both happy & devastated time

quite an eventful two months thou, the highlight will be ABE graduation ceremony (:

Graduation, a point of time when we all look back and reminiscence over the fun times as well as the bad times.. Though our path ahead are all different in the near future, but we all walked the same route once.. This is just the start of a new beginning....

those days when we make fun of one anothers, dine at fc 1 & outings after school

those times when we copy tutorial from one another, call one another fer help before tests/exam, late fer lectures, stressed up before exam & deadline for project & tutorials etc

those moments wi cca mates stuck in the camp, from freshman to camp comm & GL to senior, shout out lungs out directing the blur campers, inadequate sleep, nitewalk, campfire etc

those weeks that spend overseas for oitp & student exchange prog to china & korea respectively, packed into one rooom watchin cheap dvds, enjoying the cheap food in china, preparation of dance for korea exchange, enjoy the nice scenery in suncheon.

ii'll definitely rmb this 3 years for life

EXAM HAS ENDED LAST WEEK & IM AN UNOFFICIAL GRAD (:

bid my last goodbye to my classmates on my last day of exam & it give me a forever bye tat kind of feeling. hope everyone will succeed in whatever path they take (:

poly life has really been an eye opener fer me & make me understand how tough tertiary educa is. proj & tut bombin at us freq & w/o u realising, tests/exam arrived. torment lifestyle of studying & endless insomnia nite during exam period. but i knew i will miss this kind of torture after i step into workforce, saying how nice studing are (:

on the side note, cca also let me know lots of ppl in the campus! saying hi almost every corner i turned on the walkway but no one noe majorities are acquaintance. in turn, it also fade my dist wi. my classmates in my class during my freshman years as i busin wi my cca. but lucky i grew closer to them during my last yr in poly. althou im nt quite sure whether i grew closer. i've lots of ccas during my yrs of poly to make me know wad i really wanted. so i knew i can pick them up during my uni life. some is really can't link wi my characters, but i jus wan to try it out. but the greatest regret is i nvr join some of my fav ones during my first year. nevertheless, is great noeing ppl arnd (:

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR PEOPLE (:

the first few thought tat strike my mind is freeflow food, long holidays & angbaos (:
ate steamboat wi my relative on chinese new year eve, the food was fabulous!
typical stuff happen fer next few days like visiting relatives or my dad's frens came my hse!
& the same old stuff happen is tat i cannot stand xiaohaizi running arnd at my hse, so irritating!

CNY day 1, drove in to sentosa flower exhibition however due to no parking lots, we make an uturn back hm again! after tat meet up with waimeng, juliana & paulina at cine fer movie initially but all the slots are fully booked. dine at pastamania before deciding to head to starbuck to lim kopi (: & we did a big big stun on the first day of cny la, shall nt disclose too much here. but i tink the girls whom took over our seat were feelin damn disgusted! haha!

CNY day 2, decided to stay at hm & look after the hse while my family went out to visit (: went out at nite wi waimeng to eat supper at simpang bedok wi shuxian! drove arnd fer nearly 2 hrs before deciding to head there! haf a nice chat & we head back hm arnd 1 plus (:

Everytime i visits this place, memories of 8 years ago seem to strike me down mercilessly.
that is the first time i saw my parent crying helplessly & the last time i saw myself crying infront of my family. whenever im hit by serious problem in life, i alway remind myself ive been thru the darkest & worst thing ever, nth will ever strike me down again (:

let me review back some major events tat ive done for the past 365 days throughout 2008

1) china oversea industrial trainin programme'08 (25 feb - 14 march)

was still fickle minded whether i want to go after applyin, but im really glad i did! oitp fer jus 3 weeks instead of itp for 2 months & endless of enjoyment & slacking throughout the trip wi nice oitp mates like ronald, yuyu, yuzhi, gab, alicia, elsinta, kailing, peiru, kailin, adelina, adeline, dionna, shuhui, sihui & nt forgetting mr loo (: those midnite movie at my rooms, shopping trips, sitevisits, shanghai trip, xi hu tour, xi tian di clubbing & pub-ing & etc etc. this is one of my highlight thruout my poly life uhh (:

2) cadc freshman orientation camp'08 (april)

was the group leader fer fujin, bring me back a nostalgia feeling that i was once a blur freshman back in 2006 too, being bully by senior etc! haha! lead a nice grp wi nice freshman even thou i had sorethroat fer the first few days of the camp! go through up & down wi the grp, really glad that they have enjoy themselve uhh! (:

3) sch of build environment freshman orientation camp'08 (april)

headed to st john island as senior group wi oitp mates at the sec day of the camp fer the camp highlight, NITEWALK! was leading the freshman into bunks filled wi fake ghost arnd the island wi alicia! it bring me back the shivering memory when ive been lead into the bunk too whn during my years of f.o! & i will never ever forget this f.0'08

4) National Day Parade ( may - august)

join back ndp'08 this year even thou i did it once during 06! it is completely a differ experience frm 06, really glad im part of this team this year (: reviewing back those sacrifice fer rehearsal, preview & actual show every sat back thn, i guess it is worth it (: fortunately thru this event, i got to learnt some magic trick, althou is elementary standard but is still quite a achievement to make some of my fren go *wow*! haha! also glad to noe peeps like juliana, pualina, sarah, huixin, chuanlian etc & saw liangming after a yr?! lol! hope we haf more gathering soon okay, you all are a fun clinque to hang with (:

5) peinsular bakery & keehua bakery (sept)

althou work fer only 9 days fer the mooncake festival but grew a strong bondin wi my collegues there like elaine, jolin, alphonsus, chunhao etc! haf lots of fun throughout working wi them! we even get to know those working at lavender opposite our booth like jiajia & her two girlfrens! alway wanted a gathering but alway dunnoe gather until where! lol

6) korea student exchange programme 08 (3 october - 10 october)

was the pioneer batch of student gg korea for exchange programme! hafin a nice time at korea even thou nt quite adaptive to the food there wi nice peep arnd tgt fer the trip! learnt abit of korea culture & homestay prog really widen my horizon wi the korea peep! i still miss the cooling feeling of 5 degree on the pitch surrounded partially by forest behind playin soccer is heavenn, no matter how u sprint u wun feel like prespiring & the feeling is amazing cann! nvr ever will get this feeling in s'pore! the the view of suncheon bay is fanscinating mannn!

7) sec 4a chalet gathering (26-27 dec)

credit to our class rep, jixiang fer sponsering this chalet fer the consistent meetup of our class, really appreciated it mann! nice time hanging out with them chatting about our latest update etc! i jus hope this gathering will consistently hold per half yrly fer more years to come uhh! (:

xmas eve'08 is well spend wi my bball peeps at cine catchin ip man followed by a walk to wisma to hide against all the spray & crowd before the clock run down to midnight! headed to west coast later playin true or dare wi countless of paiseh forfeit, but excluded the dare part, the true part is totally chui since we noe each other so well alr, nth to much to ask actually! thn headed home arnd 7 in e morning!

headed down wi joel & walk arnd tampiness mall before gg down to the chalet! slacked at the chalet wi tvee prog & majong & wait fer the majority peep to come down before headin to bbq! a catch up wi our life recently as majorities are grad sooon nxt yr & life of a ns man fer jc guys! talk talk talk all e way to 10pm plus before heading up to e chalet fer a rest/majong before cabbin down to och fer a walk wi joel, flavian, weiyan, cindy, dorothy, wenya! och seem to have a tighter security nowadays uhh, jus manage to walk arnd the vicinity of the hospital before headin back to downtown mac to chitchat! share our endless complaint of poly & NS, funny encounter during ns etc till 4am plus before heading back to our chalet! play majonggg again & manage to sleep fer 1 hr before heading off frm e chalet to dine at the coffeeshop near downtown before jixiang & co heading to citylink in search of their magic card, yinwen fetching gwen & co back hm to west side area & joel, cindy, doro & me heading to down fer movie, AUSTRALIA (: quite a draggy movie wi a 2hr 45 min duration & everything sound like lullaby at e end of e movie! lol! but overall quite a nice movie minus off the stifness of sitting down fer so long! & wm, jul, sarah heading to watch bedtime story uh, sorry tat i give it a miss as it will be real bedtime story if i enter to watch two consecutive movie! in e meantime shoppin wi e gang at taka & wisma before cindy goes off leaving us heading to wheelock! e rest went back & i headed to meet up wi the midnite story gang fer a dinner! haf a nice gathering wi them before we headed home & rest (:

was so late to reach the threatre due to downpour, met up wi elsinta first outside before heading it! we are like so scare to go in la & everyone say we come fer reception! HAHA! well, miss out the x-mas celebration etc etc took place initially & got on to lm's car to bukit gombak fer her chalet recee! then headed to the cathy fer dinner & bad new, twilight is only available at midnite! so in e end only jul, el, pau, valerie watching & waimeng came to find us later! & the drama part came, waimeng car broke down during his journey to cathy & he miss the whole show la! he very suay can! but he still came down & fetch us back hm! hafin a late supper at cine before making our way back! the girls are so alert & they can't fall aslp in wm's car! korea pop concert was an hit although i can't understand a single lyrics those guys were singing & i knew nthin about those korean pop grp! thanks to my fellow korea stud exchange prog peeps thn ive a chance to go, but is not tat bad after all uh, with kimleng constantly explaining what is happening & how famous they are! & the most paiseh thing happened in class today when my sister called me tat she is gg to the concert wi my mum fer free, thn unknowingly i jus shouted "walau ehh, why u got so gd bargain de uhh" thn half of the class was staring at me! ):

attended class rep dialogue session wi the sch director, quite waste of time actually as i dun haf much to say & we are graduating sooon alr! majorities of the time are the yr 1 firing the director & section head wi all sort of qn! but the most objective i heard frm the session & im so keen to get an ans out of it is why so poly student pay a higher concession fee compare to jcs & ite? & a yr one voice out a funny comment saying tat we are neither the higher end nor the lower end, we are stuck in the middle, if we are rank the higher ones, we dun mind to say a higher fee, but since is stuck in the middle why shld we pay so much, tat not fair! haha! quite a nice one uhh! after tat headed to sch gym for a light training before heading fer a bball match against sch of EEE! everything turns out well & we won the match! went fer national environment agency exhibition at suntec city wi benjamin, jiaqian, kaihui, cherie! got LOA to skip school fer the whole day uhh (: aftermath of ytd match wi additional early wake up let jm become a zombie early in the morning! was assigned to the pre school sector to take care of the pre sch kids throughout the whole day uh! though the kids are cute but they seem like energetic devil chasing one another in circle! wonder how those kids find joy in running arnd in circle uhh! thn found some time out to another area to learnt how to use coconut leave to make grasshopper (: quite tired after lunch break & we let the vjc ppl take over (:

JM was late fer departure! (: but not very late, took picture with banner at terminal 1 which attract numerous of crowds lookin at us, like some great celebrities man! HAHA! got a complimentary beverage coupon for the delay flight & we went to redeem tons of food fer breakfast tml! after tat headed to take asiana airline to seoul, watched a few movies & cds, din really sleep (: arrived at 7am korean time & haf our breakfast at airport before we transfer to coach fer 5 hrs to suncheon first college at suncheon! tour arnd suncheon first college & learnt traditional korean instrument & chapteh kicking & traditional korean music! (: is pretty interesting & interactive session shared! presentation to suncheon student abt singapore & singapore poly before presenting our skit & song singing (:
after tat continue our tour & the girls went to cook with the korean girls while the guys hafin friendly games like basketball & soccer with the korean guys! lol! thn after tat we went seperate ways following our host to theirs house! but i met up with shimin & her host to go out haf a dinner tgt before seperating with her! travel 1 hrs plus by taxi, bus & foot to my host, juyoung's hse at guangyang! his hse is comfortable & stylish (: have a bath & use msn all the way! half way headed to their living room to haf supper wi their family! thou we seem hard to communicate but the sense of welcome is clearly shown to me! haf some fresh tomatoes, blackcurrent & dumpling fer supper & continue my msn till i went to sleep at 145pm( korea time)

quickly headed back to change to SP blazer before headed to company visit to possco, a steel production & refinery company ; it is the largest steel production company is the world producing 31 million tons/year & getting 62 million tons of raw material all over the world fer production of steel! hafin a video presentation by possco & the curtain immediately rolled up which show a magnificent view of part of the steel production factories outside the window! after tat headed to the steel factory to view the process of making the steel & the temperature is real hot especially when the 1000 plus degree heated steel passes by us! after the company visites headed to shopping centre to shop fer a while before hafing a dinner with the president of the suncheon visit college! after tat headed back to apartment to pack out luggages as we are taking early domestic flight the nxt day! took domestic flight at 840am to seoul fer 45 mins & transfer to coach fer 1hrs before reaching our hotel, co-op residence to settle ourselves! headed to eat ginseng chicken fer our lunch & we continue our 14 hrs shopping trip to 3 plus am on thurs! went back to hotel fer a rest before catching a flight on 4pm (korea time) back to singapore!

is like so foreign & complicated to me ; but in the meantime, still trying hard to understand the totally different sentence structure & writing symbol of korean language! been stoning for the whole 3 hrs lesson as i din hav any frens there, hope the upcoming korean prep camp i can make a few frens if nt i definitely gg to suffer fer the upcoming trip!

headed back hm to sleep before meeting wm at jp as his bro is fetching us down to east coast park! night cycling wi frens i din seen fer ages, alfred, weihong, shuxian, jasmin, lixuan! they even planned the route beforehand, but in the end it turns out to be differ frm wad they planned! cycle frm ECP --> clark quay --> train station --> vivocity, stop for a rest to dine in fer late supper at mac to satisfy my hunger! in the meantime, cuixia & guowei drived all the way down to look fer us & we haf a nice chat before we --> sentosa, stopped fer a break at the southern west tip of SEA at palawan beach! have a nice break talking abt academic stuff, NS life etc etc! --> geylang for breakfast as it is alr 7am in the morning uhh --> ECP to return our bike before we headed back hm & SLEEP

miss the BE's disco nite on monday nite due a early appointment the next day, but next day ronald's eye came infected and say due to adeline's stun from battle ytd! HAHA!

meet up at marina square fer dinner before heading to marina bay to meet up the rest and set off to st john island next (: upon reaching we put down all our barang barang into the bunk and went to the mph to wait fer the next game!

we blind the camper using trash bag and tapes and lead them out of the field walkin around. and there are paints, tickling, water, soapy canvas and everything "nice" waiting fer them! so we starting to paint the campers legs and faces, watering them, forfeiting them etc etc, althou it seem cruel, but it somehow bring me back to my freshman year of being torture! HAHA!!

after tat, is the highlight of the camp, nitewalk (:

the senior being separate into different group to lead them, shuhui and sihui in the waiiting area, sophia, selina and joshua at holding area while me and alicia being the wiseman!! this year nitewalk is quite okay cos the ghost does'nt seal off the bunk completely etc! total of 6 stations but our grp only manage to complete 5 stations cos it is alr 6am in the morning alr! but somehow the nitewalk seem nice to me (:

after tat, we headed off back to s'pore the next day and dininin in fish & co, i bet elsinta will be so happy to see this word (: HAHAHA! sorry to miss the FUJINS' BBQ SESSION alrite my kias ): fer the next consecutive two days went to school with ms sengkang and alicia to chiong fer the friday oitp presentation! hellooo people! im back from china, completed my three weeks of oitp (:

china seem a teeny little bit better than i thought, the crossing of road junction is still as dangerous as ever and im so glad the 15 of us came back in one piece you see! the car treat the people as invisible things floating pass the road! haha! so the primary school left-right-left right rule apply before crossing the road (:

the temperature is still unbearable fer a native that been living in s'pore fer the past 18 years of his life! i see snow falling from the sky on my second day morning (: seeing snow is a nice things but on the second thought i so relutantant to leave my room to the street (: HAHA!

ahhhh, and the hostel we been living has inconsistent hot water supply and im so frustrated, in the end i bath using the basin fer 2 weeks! haha! staying adaptive is the key, although i dunnoe did i bath cleanly anot! HAHA!

there are countless of wire above our head unlike s'pore which is in the undergrd, and the bus is running by electric wire also! no wonder i rarely see birds flying above us, i tink if they did, they will die faster than us! HAHA!

they are numerous bubble tea store jus in one street and im stuff two cups daily into me fer the first three days i jus arrive there, im glad it only three weeks if not i sure came back with a diabeties condition! lol

and the 15 of us bcome so suaku when we reach some nice hotel in hangzhou and shanghai, we bcome some rural people you see, wow-ing every facilities in the room we have, but u can't blame us you see, cos we've endured two weeks of lousy-ness facilities (: HAHA!

from the first day we arrive meeting 8am fer breakfast till the ample sleep time of 11am fer the last two weeks! ample sleep is enough to satisfied our stomach you see! haha!

taxi in china is call ta-di! chair not call ee-zi but deng zi, ordering dishes not call yi pan but yi fen!

irritating uh! and the waitress corrected me once i say the wrong thing even though she aga aga know wad im saying! idiot! and i remember once ade, kai, el, yuzhi and me was so frustrated ordering fer the dinner, qi duo qi bao le, hai chi!

and we try not taking ta-di back and try a new transportation call tu-tu (trishaw) back to our hostel. i shiver once the journey start all the way back to our hostel. the ventilation is damn power i tell you cos majorities of the sitting area is not cover (:

the food in china is super duper cheap man! we order wad we like fer the first 1 1/2 weeks in china like someone rich people but fer the rest of the weeks we decided to buy some maggie in case we run out of money! HAHA! the syrup strawberry and orange is nice (: and im seriously scare of eating dumpling, siew mai, we eat like the dumpling and siewmai are free you see! and the soya bean and tofu are chao ta in majorities restuarant we eat! oh mind!

and we brought a sim card using china telecom and my number is 13771870644 (: and saying about this we felt quite cheated, they saying if you paid 100 rmb fer it, you get free 100rmb! everyone was so delighted when we hear that lah, but in the end we discover that the 100 rmb is divided into 10 mths, 10 rmb per mth! GRR! and while we call back we need to add 125930065. for e.g if i need to call back home, i need to dial 1259300656549847! the nos is damn long can! oh mind! then check balance we need to call 10086 (: sometime still unavailable somemore!!!

and the majorities of the things you purchase can be bargain in china. somehow, we realised we buying are not for the sake of buying but fer the sake of bargainin you see! we use countless of method saying we are student dun have many cash, we buying alot of item please give a discount etc etc. the method we can think of we say them out, we even say we are from indonesia they still will believe! HAHA! and we haf been mistaken as japanese, korean, taiwanese etc even though we speak english, amazing uh! HAHA! and we chop price like 60%? a goods sold fer 40 rmb, we name it fer 28 rmb! haha! take it or leave it attitude and the sale assistant will changes their mind after we decides to leave, but does not apply to all lah!

the nite life of us are absolute not boring at all, we will purchase numerous dvd from the store and watch it after we bath (: thn people will start sticking piece of paper on the room's door screening the movie written the title of the movie, wad time is start etc! HAHA! see, thn people wun enter wrong room leh! haha!! cos got one vip room fer TWO people you see, later we enter wrong room very paisehh! HAHA!! miss the time when el, kai and gab watch movie tgt in our room, although i consistently dozed off! HAHA (:

but there a problem arise after the two weeks of our trip, cos there are majorities dpfm student while there are only 3 dcse student! sometime they feel outcast, i dun even realise these problem after some voiceout! but we din alrite, we still do things together haf fun together! lye wad el say. the contradicting part is in s'pore we dying to try dishes that are not chinese food and flying out of s'pore exploring but when we are in china, we keep missing the local dishes like laksa, hokkien mee etc etc!

maybe absence make one heart grow founder yah! (:

from a distant strangers to become the best of frens, the 15 of us went through quite alot of things during these three weeks of oitp (: thanks to adelina, adeline, alicia, dionna, elsinta, kailin, kailing, gabriel, peiru, ronald, shuhui, sihui, yuyu, yuzhi not forgetting our dear LO, mr loo tat makes the trip so memorable (:

the times we talk to one another, the places we visit, the laughin scene about yuyu/adeline joke n action, the heart to heart talk session till 4am, the movie screenin in 3 rooms everynite, the scandalous pair, the suan-ing etc etc!

somehow i jus wish oitp can be extended fer weeks, but nice things does'nt last long yeah? and we know everything will change once we arrive in s'pore (: but im glad we share this memorable 3 weeks together (:

slacking arnd after i reach s'pore till the last few days before CADC camp i begin to realise how little time ive left! HAHA! i rush my logbook first before i do any presentation! meet with oitp matw on wednesday at bugis library to complete our presentation etc! haha! in the end we ended up in shuhui's hse doing it! haha!! we manage to complete our 3 wks of entries at the end of the day, although not really fast, but we did enjoy our session, on ronald headed to ps eat taohui after tat LOL! then we play the s'pore version of murderer to finish the leftover yutiao! HAHA!

thn im away for 5 days frm S'PORE again! overall frm my perspective i tink the camp is okay! many cock up during the way! and i noe i shld'nt speak too much here! but i jus wan to say IM KEEPIN QUIET OF UR COMMENTS DOES'NT MEAN I DUNNOE ANYTHING OR WAD, AND PLEASE DUN CLIMB OVER MY HEAD I TELL YOU, I TRYING TO KEEP TIS CAMP ANTI-ARGUEMENT! and im so piss off by the debrief tat i left 20 mins after i stay there! now thn i now you're such an hyprocite! im so disappointed tat i dun wan to speak anything man!

but lucky i got a very zai FUJIN! (: haha! my dear er zi and nu er are motivating enough! first day jia jia shy shy uh, last few days dunnoe high until like wad! good good! i tink Fujin is my only motivation to stay on throughout! (:
